Opening hours
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Holy Saturday, 19 April to 26 October (National Holiday)
- Winter break from 27 October until Good Friday
- Tours outside of opening hours and group tours are generally possible after advance registration at museum-retz[at]aon.at or at the tourist office (+43 2942 2700). Please note that registration by email requires a certain amount of lead time, as the museum is run by a volunteer organization.
Admission prices
Individual tariffs
- € 5.00: regular rate for adults
- € 4.00: reduced rate (seniors, people with disabilities, military and civil servants, students, pre-registered groups without a guide)
- € 3.00: Youth (14-18 years)
- Free admission: children (up to 14 years), members of the Friends' Association, NÖ-Card (Lower Austria-Card), members of the Austrian Museum Association (MÖ-Card)
Cultural education (guided tours upon request)
- € 3.00: in addition to the entrance fee per person
- no surcharge: children and young people
- Timely request at museum-retz[at]aon.at requested

Miscellaneous:
Photography in the museum without flash and without a tripod is permitted exclusively for non-commercial purposes.
Unfortunately, our premises are not barrier-free; there are few steps between the rooms.
